Teamup9 is growing and we are looking to hire more consultants that want to make a difference.

We are seeking experienced Workday® Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and post production support for Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, and all other modules. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, configure their Workday system, and ensure its effective utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems)
  • Proven experience as a Workday Functional or Technical Consultant, specializing in Core Financials, Revenue Management, Accounting Center, Reporting, Procure to Pay, Human Resources, Payroll, or Integrations
  • Deep understanding of Workday fundamentals such as organizations, business process, and security
  • Experience with Workday implementation methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and functional audiences
  • Ability to thrive as a team member
  • Experience as a Workday consultant, customer, or both (minimum 
  • Workday partner or Workday PRO certification are a plus
  • Focus on building knowledge and self-reliance: Your internal team will learn more about Workday and become a strong translator between requirements and application configuration
  • A deep roster of Workday experts: You work with a team that has an average Workday experience of over 8 years
  • Functional and Technical skills: You have access to all areas within the Workday core applications
